Origins of Data-Center Testing & Verification
2010
Allstewards’ founding team introduced the concept of integrated performance testing & verification for data centers.
2012
Allstewards, together with UL (U.S.) and the Shanghai Institute of Metrology, launched CMA-accredited testing and verification services for data-center infrastructure. The first clients served included ICBC Shanghai Jiading South Center, Hankou Bank, and Wuhan Rural Commercial Bank.
2015
In 2015, Allstewards (Shanghai) Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. and Allstewards Testing Technology Co., Ltd. were established.
2024
Established a testing company in Malaysia
2025
Established testing companies in Hong Kong and Thailand in response to market expansion.
Compliance Credentials and Engineering Innovation for Data Centers
2015
Allstewards is qualified by the China Institute of Metrology and CQC as a laboratory for data-center rating certification services.
2017-2018
Allstewards Testing holds CMA qualification (provincial quality supervision authority) and CNAS laboratory accreditation (China’s national accreditation body).
2022
Allstewards Testing is an authorized certification and evaluation organization for the Green Data Center Rating Evaluation (CIE/MIIT) and a commissioned testing & inspection provider to the Beijing National FinTech Certification Center.
2023
Allstewards has independently developed the ACS30—an intelligent liquid-cooling dummy load purpose-built for data-center testing.
Participant in Industry Standards Development
2013-2014
Allstewards’ technical team contributed to CQC (China Quality Certification Center) specifications, including the Technical Specification for Evaluation of Data-Center Site Infrastructure and the Technical Specification for Certification of Power and Environmental Systems in IT Equipment Rooms.
2021
Allstewards contributed to the drafting of CQC 8302-2018, Technical Specification for Evaluation of Operation and Maintenance of Data-Center Infrastructure.
2023
Allstewards contributed to the White Paper on Test and Verification Technologies for Cold-Plate Liquid Cooling in Data Centers.
